Door Leafs

The door leafs are manufactured from 2no 18g Galvaneal zinc coated steel skins, welded to form a minimum 45mm thick door leaf, with a bonded non-fibrous honeycomb core. Reinforcing pads are fitted within the leaf as standard, to suit any door closer or hardware options. Double doors are fitted with a ‘T’ section astragal, fitted to one leaf, to ensure positive sealing.

Additional options include 16g Anti-Attack steel outer skins.

Door Frames

The door frames are pressed from 16g Galvaneal zinc coated steel, to form a rebated frame profile. Uprights are reinforced with 4.5mm thick steel plates, at all hinge and locking points.

All doorsets are finished with a Polyester powder coated finish to any standard RAL or BS colour, ensuring a long, cost effective and durable finish.

Thermally Rated Steel Doorsets

Thermally rated, U-Value as low as 1.4

Doors have an insulated leaf and frame that is strong and durable with excellent thermal properties. An integrated EPDM rubber seal to all three sides of the frame and threshold increases the doors resistance to wind and water and helps it to maintain an excellent U-value as low as 1.4 W/m2K.

Made-to-measure with superior security features, with class leading protection. With a wide choice of colours and hardware options, these fire-rated doors also have glazing and panel options (tested to 2 hours). Louvred Doors available to both internal and external applications.
