To improve working conditions for staff members, energy usage and replacing draughty, old style doors. 

A new opening was created within an existing opening to allow the fitting of a fast acting door and steel personnel door. This was carried out to improve working conditions for members of staff and to reduce energy usage. The personnel door was to offer a safe pedestrian walkway away from the industrial door and MHE traffic.

A new opening was created into an alternative part of the building, internally. A fast acting door was installed to separate the warehouse environment from the manufacturing/repair side of the facility. Improving energy management as well as cleaner and warmer environment for staff members.

Induction floor loop operation to both doorways for MHE usage and due to close proximity of working staff to prevent un-necessary door activations.

A draughty, inoperable sliding folding door was replaced to allow the opening to be re-used and increase the customers facilities. A new Safedrive style of industrial roller shutter door was installed in place of the sliding folding door. With a 60% motor duty rating, the opening can be used for both occasional and intensive use, depending upon the clients current or future needs.
